Le Durocher is located in the heart of the charming Fabreville district. This 3-story wood-frame building, with one level of underground parking, is distinguished by its warm atmosphere and thoughtful design. The project offers its residents a welcoming lounge, a lush community garden, and spacious units, thoughtfully designed to provide optimal everyday comfort.
As the President of Groupe Gdi, Mathieu Lamarche, is quadriplegic, we are sensitive to the needs of people with reduced mobility and we contribute significantly by helping them meet their daily challenges. In particular, we have an access ramp with a maximum incline of 5%.
The building will offer 40% energy savings compared to the 2017 Building Code. It is one of the few buildings of its type to be entirely electric, without relying on fossil fuels for its operations.
